I don't think there will be a Switch 3. I think it'll still be a Switch but heavily dependent on cloud streaming through 5G or Starlink.

I don't even think Nintendo needs a new console. They just need a platform like Steam that works on phones and PCs. Though you will still need Nintendo controllers to get the best experience from Nintendo games. Imagine if your phone was a Switch that can be docked.

What I want is a device with a foldable screen. You can emulate dual screen gaming or you can have single screen gaming. Maybe even bend the screen behind so you have two screens on opposite sides. This is what I want but not exactly possible in this market right now.
