>>746271868The entire overarching narrative of The Elder Scrolls franchise revolves around the conflict between humans and elves, which is rooted on their differing opinions on Lorkhan, the Spirit/God that caused the creation of the mortal plane, with (most) elves believing he was a chaotic trickster who maliciously wanted to trap everybody in a hopelessly limited reality and (most) humans believing he was a benevolent deity who had some sort of cool beneficial plan in mind when coming up with the mortal world.That being said, that shit's arguably a lot more evident in Morrowind than Skyrim, where the story largely just revolves around dragons and the evil elves' motivation isn't really explained all that well.

It’s an extremely comfy game. I love just wandering around Skyrim with the comfy (and somewhat repetitive) music playing. Despite its aged graphics and inclination towards photo realism, it manages to maintain a beautiful aesthetic. Much better than shit like KCD and BG3 anyway. It’s kinda like Death Stranding in that way - somewhat photorealistic yet still stylized. It’s also probably one of the biggest power fantasy games. The world is your playground. There’s nothing about the game that will surprise you or catch you off guard. Its generic and unoriginal design somehow makes it comfy in a way. Also lewd mods. >>746271864Also this
