My prediction is that Lucia is the career criminal character who will be completely taking advantage and corrupting Jason throughout the game by using him to commit bigger and bigger crimes as the story progresses. By the end of the game Jason will finally overcome her wicked harpy talons and he will put an end to her existence in a final showdown.It will be like the end of Blade Runner 2049 where Ryan Gosling drowns that woman replicant
They both die and you play as their kid in GTA6's online mode.
It's basically confirmed that Jason is just some random 'nice guy' at the start of the game. Lucia makes fun of him for not knowing anything about crime and Jason retorts by calling her the "perfect criminal" in a sarcastic manner.

Like these people are supposed to be painted as empathetic humans on some level but pretty much the only way that narrative is gonna hold up is if you never ever do anything fun in free roam.Same as Arthur Morgan in RDR2, why would I cry over him when during free roam gameplay he (controlled by me) literally tied up women unprovoked and had them get run over by trains?
The first lines of the first trailer are the prison psychologist asking: "Lucia, do you know why you're here?"Her response: "Bad luck, I guess."Not only does she reject responsibility for her actions, but displays herself as victim thereof. Typical sociapath behavior.The trailer continues. She gets Jason back in the crime business, a whole bunch of robberies take place, later in the trailer she asks Jason: "Trust?" Him: "Trust!" Like they are a team now.She doesn't rely on taking responsibility, but on binding other people to her.Lucia is obviously the villain in the story and I bet the game will give you many clues and possibilities to reject Lucia and go your own path as Jason. The whole moral of the story is that women are inherently evil and men need to take charge again in the world.
