I got this game on sale and got filtered initially by how clunky and hard it is. Should i proceed with it or it's too outdated at this point? I'm not sure if I was having fun.

somebody recommended this to me based on my enjoyment of daggerfall and i still have no fucking clue what that guy was thinking
and yes, most of barony's difficulty comes from it being intentionally obtuse, extremely punishing and very heavy on RNG
i really only got any enjoyment out of it in coop
