My favorite part about Virginia's design is that in the late game she can dual wield a shotgun and a pistol. Not a lot of game characters can boast being able to handle this superior load out.
Kel kept trying to climb over my electric fence and he gets downed on it, trapped forever in his self-created pain-matrix until I deconstruct the fence.
Anyone else finds that the fate of the companions at the end of this game was a huge downer? I'm talking about how Kelvin turns out permanently crippled (I thought he was just temporarily deaf with major concussion, not permanently regressed to a child) and Virginia was de-monsterized against her will (absolutely criminal). I found the game too tedious to progress past the mid-game (having to always know exactly which cave to go and how to visit them in order was too trial-and-error for me) so I ended up just looking up the spoilers but honestly I'm glad I did because seeing how the companions were treated just made me lose any desire to play the game. I didn't even play to the end and still feel cheated.

>>746515984Yeah, it's much better just for having someone to gather big rocks and logs for you. Kelvin is an absolute workhorse at it too. Base building is overall much better than in the first Forest, but I still couldn't be bothered to build everything before I just wanted to finish the game.
