Was that meant to be funny OP? Embarrassing if so

His acting in that episode was so fucking bad, genuinely cringier than anything Trevor ever did.

Kek this is way funnier than just posting a normal photo of him. Please do continue OP and find more fitting situations where you can write a witty story to.
>>
>>746558130
Lmao I love when you guys take scenes he's in and replace words with books
Because he loves books!! Haha I'm dying
>>
>>746558321
I thought the acting was okay but it was so obvious that Bince played GTA5 and just literally wanted Trevor for that scene. He was there because he was Trevor. It was such a small part anyway and just a tiny, irrelevant piece of the ludokino Pryce saga.
>>
>>746558130
>>746558298
I think the Trevor gig kinda ruined his reputation as an actor and people started viewing him as that actor of le insane character so he's trying too hard to distant himself from that by acting more sophisticated.

Some of the only really weak writing in the series. No career criminal should act like carrying a gun around in the US is a strange thing to do, let alone one who's also a former cop. I like the rest of the show but the way it occasionally writes guns as something you only bring along when you intend to kill someone and not a common self-defense tool is downright silly.

>ERR A NICE SET OF BOOKS

>>
>>746558253
Nah it was funny. I even smirked.
>>
>>746558761
I think the point Mike was trying to make was that bringing guns and boasting about it was just pointlessly escalating what ultimately was a low-stakes done and dusted criminal deal, but yeah he should've brought a gun too.

He was an absolute nobody before GTA5 came around, the enormous majority of actors would sell their souls for a chance to be typecast as anything in any kind of relevant production
He shoulda just taken the bag and rolled with it

I was going to insult you, but since you're contributing to the frog movement, I'm going to let it go. Carry on.
>>
the weirdest thing about him is that he exclusively only namedrops dosto and C&P for some reason as if namedropping one of the most well known modern classics of all time is somehow impressive. dosto and C&P is great, of course, but its still very much entry level shit that everyone even remotely interested in literature already knows and has read. it would be like if a film buff was like "yeah id rather watch The Godfather than play this game" as if anyone would care.
>>
this meme is really fucking funny to me
>>
>>746565817
It's revealing how performative it is. He has to go with the most well known yet sophisticated sounding author. If the guy was going on about Steven King or James Patterson or something, I'd believe he actually liked reading.
>>
>>746558389
It's offensive when an actor thinks he should tell people how to live.
>>
Gotta suck getting known for one role with a fanbase of a variety of weirdos. And your career is no better for it. So you get all the constant nagging and recognition in public, but soon you're going to be putting fries in the bag.

I can tell OP has been mulling over this for weeks
>>
It was a false equivalency.

For example, I don't watch athletic competitions. But if my sibling was competing in one I would watch it even if I dislike it generally. If someone put me in a book like Crime and Punishment I would read that book.

It is surprising to see someone have no interest in their own field. Asking the interviewer if he read some random book it not a good gotcha question.
>>
>>746558465
He has literally nothing in common with Trevor in that scene
>>
>>746558298

>>
>>746568080
That's pretty good. What do you do if someone asks about those chess playing AIs?
>>
>>746558956
No they wouldn't. Lot of actors complain about getting type casted into goofy characters and will purposely do super serious movies to prove they can. Some don't care yeah like Trejo never cared that he was typed casted like latino bad guy gangster. Even musicians don't like it when they're known for one song, Radiohead refused to play Creep live for years because they hated how big it was and how people would always want to hear it.

He can play only one character and his bitching about being typecasted is performative as shit. He has no talent as an actor, calling him a knock-off Jack Nicholson would be insulting to Jack since he's capable of playing a broad variety of bad guys, like Nathan Jessep that was simply a scumbag, but not of the creepy kind like Jack Torrance.
Michael Mando is the greatest example of why Steven Ogg is a huge crybaby faggot. He didn't get forever typecasted as Vaas even though that's what most people know him for, and his performance as Nacho Varga was so unique that not once can you look at Michael playing him and think "Vaas". Unlike any other role of Steven where all you see is Trevor.

Steven Ogg is a shit actor that can only play one character.
>>
>>746558298
Even if he's doing his best to appear intelligent, he looks like a crackhead hobo that broke in a random house, and picked up a book a whim, only to decide that he's going to pawn it off for a crack because he realized he never learned to read or write.

i really dont think hes as well known for vaas anymore. the cultural moment of FC3 is long gone in the zeitgeist, but his nacho role was massive and is still talked about to this day. i agree with the rest of what you said, though.
>>
>>746569689
i dunno vaas got another wave in far cry 6
>>
>>746569923
Vaas got added in because it was during BCS fever. Having both Gus and Nacho actors in the game was a perfect marketing strategy (even though the game sucked)

>>746570421
i thought it was well enough
people complained about the ammo system but i just used armor piercing for everything and it worked
>>
>>746569309
He isn't typecasted at all. Retards think he's somehow Trevor in all his roles which he isn't.
