people have not paid attention.Rockstar is putting a lot of effort in the body simulation so asses and tits jiggle realistically, that muscles look good and that bodys are more detailed but also now insanely fat bodys are possible.what they are hiding is that it depends how you live the life in the free roam between the missions and in the mission and the bodys of protags change according to choices you make in the story.the Jason and Lucia you see in the trailers is like their starting form but 10 hours into the game these people will look entirely different according to what YOU the player do. in the story you can make lucia go full fat girl bossman or total whore or based you can let jason take the lead and the jason has a bland personality in the trailers because its up to the player how he reacts and how he develops the relationship, as his personality changes so does the dialogs and choices and where the story is heading.its a very complex non linear storytelling and this will make you shit bricks.the story changes everytime you play it because there are so many decisions you can make and they always differ.Rockstar worked on this for like 9 years or so but they have not shown this feature yet and its not in the leaks because its held very carefully away from codemonkeys its very organized. also you can send them to surgery and pay for cosmetic surgeries and make jason darker or lucia more asian/western looking.
