Who was in the wrong here?
>>
chinks are "YES MAN" to everything, so that's we got j-slop after j-slop.
>>
japanese want the game to be closer to something like a falcom game, grindy and action-packed. westerners want the game to be closer to something like ghosts and goblins, unfair and clunky.

asians have been completely brainrotted by mobile gacha games, sadly the west doesn't seem that far behind
>>
>>746637839
asia loves p2w shit too much, I can't take their opinions on games too seriously considering how pervasive that shit is
>>

It's always been that way. If you really think about it, game rental is how western gamers have grown up with more difficult games which has made up more willing to deal with that challenge. Jap games have been easier which is why they are gravitating to games with more convenient mechanics, even if that is just spending some more money on mtx.

I'm sorry there is no Journalist mode in GnG.

Quote is taken out of context what he’s saying is basically
Problem: there is too much walking without variety in the game
>JP: Add better fast travel
>EN: Add more monsters and events
>>
>>746637839
The issues for both parties can be solved by simply adding more stuff to do in the world.
DD2 has many long paths with absolutely nothing on them that we are just meant to travel through on carts and never interact with.

maybe a gacha "game" would be more your speed

I can't believe I'm still telling people to git gud in 2009+15

unplug your monitor if you like trial and error so much

This community split has been obvious for years and it's not just west vs east. There's players that just want action action action, and they love BBI because of that. And there's players that love the adventure side of the game, with the player forming their own party and setting off from the city.

I didn't know a single American speaker who had anything positive to say about the god damn Dragonsplague. The drag assing MAY have been tolerated like it was in the first game if the map wasn't at least twice as big as there was any reason for it to be, and if it wasn't completely covered in little ledges that stopped you to either jump up or jump down every 15 fucking feet.

>a falcom game
>action-packed.
It's not 2004 anymore. It's not even 2016. Failcom now makes tl;dr turncringed books about Mary Sues
>>
>>746643609
I wish there was a decent split between the two. I was shocked there was no Everfall equivalent of a late game "dungeon" to grind bosses and encounters for gear.
>>
>>746639486
Its funny since hostorically their fevs considered them alot smartet than usnand thought we were too stupid for ahlf their games. Now slants just wanna stare at anime dolls all day
>>
>>746637839
Japs are casuals who want everything handed to them.
>>
>>746643836
>welcome them
Some friction is fine, slowly running around isn't one of them. Good friction is like high level enemies just patrolling around low level zones.
>>
>>746643939
The post game feels like it was meant to be an endless loop in concept because of the reset, but I don't think it really worked because resetting progress in a game like this is just annoying.

Dragon's Troonma

>The Japanese want everything to be on easy mode
Pretty much yeah, which is why the original western release of RE is harder than the Japanese release.
>>
>>746642389
>Complaining that someone beat the game without wasting actual money like you did
Fucking lols
>>
I feel like giving money to capcom for no particular reason other than hurting myself and others,
Should I grab this shit with the upcoming DLC or grab the entire megaman collection on steam?
>>
>>746647079
i probably will never buy another non- dragon's dogma related product from capcom ever again.
>>
>>746637839
This cannot be true, Japs are the biggest suck-ups imaginable and even mild criticism is considered dishonorabur so they just accept shit shoveled in their face
>>
>>746640407
I want both
>>
>>746637839
Japs, always
It's worth remembering that the Japanese audience legitimately thinks gatcha grinds and time-wasting gambling mechanics are what make a game fun, they aren't to be trusted. The ones who make good games are the exception, not the rule
>>
>>746648364
This is why I don't understand westerners that pretend to like Monster Hunter. It's the most bug brain grind to grind more loop imaginable with awful "variate between two combos" gameplay.
