I don't particularly associate this genre with porn unless you're talking about 調教/sex slave training games, but those were kind of their own separate thingMain thing I see that seems to have been lost to time is that this genre was mostly team-training games in the 90s. Single-character training/raising like Princess Maker were less common as I recall, despite PM's popularity. But PM seems to be all anyone remembers
