Just play Chronostory. It has much needed QoL that Classic won't have, balance will feel the way you remember with some buffs to shit that sucked instead of gutting what was good.The only downside is that it's balanced to be an ironman/single player experience. So no PQs or trading, you have to find and scroll your own gear. You can still party for grinding and bosses but that's it. The drop rates are tripled to make this less AIDS and you can exchange for scrolls in the main hub. Trading might come back eventually but most people prefer it this way to stop RMT botting cancer.
