Haven't been playing much on my end, but so far in this week and last week, I've played WET, COD: WAW, Brutal Doom on Nightmare, Payday: The Heist, Quake 1, that new demo Heatwarped that just came out, Payday 2, Prototype, Infamous, UT '99, alongside Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 (R.I.P Tim Curry), Fallout 2, Dante's Inferno, Harvester '96, Class of '09, Morrowind, Hotline Miami, and Spec Ops: The Line. I like Spec Ops not because of the story, but I do really have a guilty pleasure when it comes to the gameplay itself, the soundtrack, encounter design, how vibrant the overall game is, and more. Nothing Stranger Here has a fun idea but I really hope the demo is designed to bomb peoples brains with stuff to make them buy because otherwise I don’t know if it’ll be very good. They just shove all the content in your face right away, I shouldn’t be able to find a crashed UFO and a ton of little paranormal critters in the first minutes of playing your game. I think it would seriously benefit from some sort of pacing or greater timing/luck based stuff but I’ll probably get it regardless just out of morbid curiosity for their other design decisions.

Finished CrossCode and it was so good that I got the dlc and I'm playing through that one too now.Also eventually some Helldivers again, haven't touched it for a year, illuminates still suck but bugs and bots are nice. Story can get unintentionally funny at times or completely batshit or a little disturbing at a tip of a hat, but it's generally great. I love it.
Currently playing Midnight club LA, Racing Lagoon and TXR (3 & 2025) and waiting for Blackwood (bros made a mix of Max Payne 2, cozy store simulator and gun autism) and Heatwarped.

Then you go around running chores for settlements while building stuff up like water pumps, biodiesel distillers and shit. Gotten to the point now where I can safely range between places for scrap but my main bottleneck is animal fat for diesel. Since scrounging for barrels out in the wastes can be a hit and miss.
Can't even enjoy games anymore, I've given up. Too old for this shit.
