I actually really enjoyed 0.5's endgame, it feels way more complete than before. Should I play SSF or trade for my first character if my goal is to beat arbiter of ash? Is it true that if you don't play efficiently for 10-15 hours a day you'll never farm enough divines for a good build anyway? How long would it take to beat arbiter of ash SSF?

SSF will take longer but you may appreciate learning the currency and crafting systems better.i don't know where you heard that, poe2 isn't really like that. especially if you mean the quest version (lv74 boss, rather than lv82). something like a minion build could probably do it naked. this league i did the Temple with 0 abusive strategy, just rushing a path to the boss as much as possible, and it drops divines like candy. i completed all challenges by like level 92 and i don't even know what mirror tier gear would look like or be needed for in this game.

I always get stuck pushing past magic t15 and starting to juice in SSF. I can get 4 affixes on each gear piece with abyssal and omens but after that its just endless finishing for bases and useless crafting.I tried getting a t1/2 phys crossbow last leauge to upgrade my t3 one, I quit after getting none after 2 weeks, I used all my orbs on crossbows and picked up every relevant base.It so weird, once I have all slots filled with 4 good affixes, finding an upgrade from every 10 item turns drops to every 10000 item drops.
