Why is there a complete lack of games where I can play as a bear? I just want to be a bear doing silly bear things. What games allow this?

Why did these lovable looking goofballs have to be carnivores that rip people apart? Imagine having one of these guys as a pet. Imagine them cuddling you after a bad day, or going for a walk with one of them

Bears are actually really nice when you get to know us. Most of the videos you see online of them killing things is because they were threatened and merely acting in self defence

Humans are cruel. They start wars, murder their own daily, are needlessly violent.

Bears are cool, cute, big and fluffy.
You are none of those things.

The only carnivorous bear is the polar bear. All others eat way more plants and fruit or insects and honeycombs than meat.
>>
>>746896508
It’d be fine. Most of it would just be like any other open world game. Just use something like GTA as a template and you’d bearly have to change anything

The problem with such big and strong animals is that even if they aren’t carnivores that want to eat you (most bears really aren’t), and they’re tame enough to see you as a neutral or friendly being without getting spooked, they’re *still* dangerous.

They’re just too strong and heavy to ever be safe around, they can accidentally maim you without really even meaning to do so.
>>
>>746896190
This one is great OP try to find this one. You really feel like a hungry, angry, retarded bear who can barely drive and must eat tons of fish before winter.
>>
>>746896190
And as a cool meta element, you get absolutely unbearable controls.

The 2nd EO game has a class that's literally just a bear, so you can make a party of 5 if you really want. EO2 Untold on the 3ds also lets them use skills and weapons from other classes, so you can give your backline bears a bunch of guns to shoot with or reclass one to a troubadour to buff your team with songs and dances.

>The Atlas bear became extinct shortly after modern firearms were developed. Overhunting may have contributed to their decline. The Atlas bear finally became extinct in the late 19th century; the last one recorded to be killed by hunters was in 1870 in the Tetouan Mountains in northern Morocco.[5] Human activity can definitely be said to have played a large role in causing the extinction of the Atlas bear.[10]

>Here's a little dog-bites-man tale we couldn't resist!
>Except replace "dog" with "850-pound black bear" and "bites" with "anally violate"
>Last Saturday a zookeeper at the Metropolitan Zoo had "claws" for alarm when he was attacked and raped by the same black bear he had raised from a cub
>Geez, talk about gratitude!
>"It was horrible, just horrible," sobbed an eyewitness. Guess she sure got an eyeful!
>The bear, named "Barry," attacked zookeeper Ron Gilks as Gilks entered the cage to give him dinner. Barry lunged at his throat, goring him with his huge claws and razor-sharp teeth. Some of the claw marks were three-quarters of an inch deep. Ouch!
>Astonished onlookers could "bearly" believe what happened next—Barry began to brutally rape zookeeper Gilks!
>Frantic zookeepers rushed for rifles as others tried to divert the bear
>But there was no stopping Barry, he just kept "bearing down," and Gilks just had to grin and "bear" it
>Maybe Barry was mistaking him for his "honey"
>Barry's 27-inch phallus, armed with guard hairs as sharp as red-hot needles, shot through Gilks' rectum, shattered his lower spine and skewered his colon, causing his entire lower torso to "cave" in
>Yikes! Bet that wasn't the type of "cave" you had in mind when you took up zookeeping, Mr. Gilks
>And can you imagine Gilks' surprise when Barry's putrid ursine semen flooded his ruptured chest cavity?
>By the way, Mr. Gilks, whatever cologne you've been wearing, where can we get some?
>Finally, zookeeper Eric Pulliam shot Barry with a tranquilizer gun and pulled Gilks from the cage
>The unconscious bear was later destroyed
> Looks like Yogi made a major Boo-Boo!
>"I have worked with dangerous animals before," zoo director Kate Donegal said, "But never have I seen any animal sexually assault a human being"
>Barry? Try Scary!
>Meanwhile, Gilks was pronounced dead at an area hospital. No doubt, this episode gives new meaning to the term, "Do not feed the bears!"

Listen to them when they tell you, women as always give up more information than they think. It means they prefer something that looks cute and cuddly but could viciously kill them, but they think they're special and the beast will yield to them. It's the same reason why the pattern of beauty and the beast emerges constantly in women's romantic fiction. Women don't want nice guys, they want good men, that is a wild and powerful monster that has learned to restrain itself without loosing its viciousness and power but knows how to world it. There's been studies that had women rate mens attractiveness and then men rating them. All the women pointed to pretty boys being the most attractive and men rated the more masculine men higher. The study followed up with them a year later and found the guys that were rated highly by the men were the most sexually successful by a pretty wide margin. Womens attraction to men is not as largely influenced by physical appearance as mens is, they care a lot more about the feeling a man gives off. They choose the near for the same reason there's so many stories of women fucking mythical animals, cause women are attracted to men that represent power and primal nature while being controlled enough to be approachable.

>carnivores that rip people apart
First of all they belong to the Carnivora order but they are by diet omnivores considering 80% of their diet is veggies and fruits (and roots and whatsoever).
Second they don't "rip people apart" untill you pose a threat for them or you are where you shouldnt be.
It's almost impossible a bear attacks you because hunger, you are outside their food chain they don't even see you as food. Can they be driven mad by hunger like the lions of Tsavo? Yes, but that's an incredible rare case and it can happen to any animal on earth.
In a general rule, no animal tries to eat you.
Back to bears, you'll be attacked if you are in their territory but in that case you have a good chance they'll let you go if you run (even if the bear can outrun you they understand the concept of "he gets his lesson"). Same for climbng, the bear can climb the tree but he will grow tired after a while.
You 100% die if you go near cubs, but in that case, you kinda deserve it.
A bear outside his territory is basically harmless, can be scared by loud rumors, crowds, hostile behavior but in that case he will probably roar and get the fuck out.
How do you know you are in bear territory? Check around for bear marks on trees or unusually uncovered trees. If you see those, get the fuck out.

>Sloth bears are one of the most aggressive extant bears and, due to large human populations often closely surrounding reserves that hold bears, aggressive encounters and attacks are relatively frequent, though in some places, attacks appear to be a reaction to encountering people accidentally. In absolute numbers, this is the species of bear that most regularly attacks humans. Only the Himalayan black bear subspecies of Asian black bear is nearly as dangerous. Sloth bears likely view humans as potential predators, as their reactions to them (roaring, followed by retreat or charging) are similar to those evoked in the presence of tigers and leopards. Their long claws, which are ideally adapted for digging at termite mounds, make adults less capable of climbing trees to escape danger, as are other bears such as Asian black bears. Therefore, sloth bears have seemingly evolved to deal with threats by behaving aggressively. For the same reason, brown bears can be similarly inclined, accounting for the relatively high incidence of seemingly non-predatory aggression towards humans in these two bear species.
>Captain Williamson in his Oriental Field Sports wrote of how sloth bears rarely killed their human victims outright, but would suck and chew on their limbs until they were reduced to bloody pulps. One specimen, known as the sloth bear of Mysore, was responsible for the deaths of 12 people and the mutilation of 24 others. It was shot by Kenneth Anderson. In typical sloth bear fashion, the animal attacked its victims' faces with its claws and teeth. Those who survived its attacks usually lost one or both eyes, some their noses while others had their cheeks bitten through. Those who died often had their faces completely torn from their heads. At least three of the victims had been partially eaten.
>Unlike some other bear species, which at times make mock charges at humans, sloth bears frequently appear to initiate a physical attack almost immediately.
>>
>>746952226
>When people living near an aggressive population of sloth bears were armed with rifles, it was found that it was an ineffective form of defense, since the bear apparently charges and knocks the victim back (often knocking the rifle away) before the human has the chance to defend themself. In Madhya Pradesh, sloth bear attacks accounted for the deaths of 48 people and the injuring of 686 others between 1989 and 1994, probably due in part to the density of population and competition for food sources. A total of 137 attacks (resulting in 11 deaths) occurred between April 1998 and December 2000 in the North Bilaspur Forest Division of Chhattisgarh. The majority of attacks were perpetrated by single bears, and occurred in kitchen gardens, crop fields, and in adjoining forests during the monsoon season.
>One Mr. Watts Jones wrote a first-hand account of how it feels to be attacked by a sloth bear, recalling when he failed to score a direct hit against a bear he had targeted:
>I do not know exactly what happened, neither does my hunter who was with me; but I believe, from the marks in the snow, that in his rush the bear knocked me over backwards in fact, knocked me three or four feet away. When next I remember anything, the bear's weight was on me, and he was biting my leg. He bit two or three times. I felt the flesh crush, but I felt no pain at all. It was rather like having a tooth out with gas. I felt no particular terror, though I thought the bear had got me; but in a hazy sort of way I wondered when he would kill me, and thought what a fool I was to get killed by a stupid beast like a bear. The shikari then very pluckily came up and fired a shot into the bear, and he left me. I felt the weight lift off me, and got up. I did not think I was much hurt. The main wound was a flap of flesh torn out of the inside of my left thigh and left hanging. It was fairly deep, and I could see all the muscles working underneath when I lifted it up to clean the wound."

I unironically want a team mechanics game where you explore and survive in the wild as a bear and woman duo. Any devs in here, that idea is free for you. All the chuds and feminists will give you tens of millions of dollars in free marketing for your game. You can either lead into the political war and suffer the consequences, or you can make it a literal and serious fun game and reap the rewards. Doing the right kind of political hijacking for free marketing is a delicate balance, so do be careful. I would unironically play it though.
