I try not to rate Mega Man 2 that highly because the Wily Stages don't offer enough chances to restore weapon energy. Flash Man's stage is my least favorite stage because on blind playthroughs you are punished for simply choosing the wrong path, enemies are sparse and tanky, and using C Bomb to explore means you won't be able to use Flash Man's weakness against him.

I tried replaying the original megaman games in order and I fucking hate them now. I don't think I'm going to finish 3 or go further. The slowdown is just intolerable. If I was checking out an unknown indie game on steam and it slowed down every time you fight an enemy, I would refund it, and I would leave a terrible review. This shit is ridiculous and unpleasant and they didn't even bother trying to design around the limitations, Hard Mans stage just drops 5 bees on you. what were they thinking? Oh hai hai da geemu engine izu too srow we musto bee berry kahfuru not tu meiku it raggu... so I putto five bees insteado ofu sixo bees... Yeah because I fucking love not being able to control my fucking character. There was no reason to be playing this physically unpleasant shit that feels like getting molested by a guy with downs syndrome if you had the option to pick mario instead.
