This is sort of a mixed theory about what it might be. Something that people noticed of the other leak was the choker the girl had. And considering the themes, the "Who Are You" in the trailer and the clues in the achievements I'm pretty sure that the way to summon the persona will have to do something with their reflection, like breaking a mirror that shows their "monstrous self', a sort of dark reflection of something they see themselves from the past. As for the necklaces, I think it might have to do with Hex themselves, as they possibly knowing of the existence of Shadows and Persona, put inhibitor collars on them. To control these probably uncontrollable personas.As for the Protagonist it is pretty clear his Initial persona will be a Dullahan (based on the achievement API called ACH_DULLAHAN_GET) , with his true self being a Masakado based on the other achivement. What's interesting is that the text to get Masakado writes "WE FIGHT AS ONE", meaning that to achieve their second persona, it must mean the resolution similar to P4 where you make peace with your shadow.A common thing with his two Persona's, is that they about sort of undead.
