The 2D animation in that Decapolice trailer is entirely AI, you can notice an endless amount of inconsistencies between shots if you look closely. Every single trailer is going to use AI generated assets. The cinematics will have AI. The game's mechanics and gameplay will be influenced and designed by AI. As long as companies are saving money by not having to use artists and designers create assets and art, they will use AI and things like this will slip through the cracks over and over again, and the devs will just deny that they're using AI or if found out irrefutably, just apologize and claim they "fixed" it but it will not change anything because they will still be using AI.
