>>747522401It's best to do it on multiple characters just due to the sheer amount of content that will eventually result in you becoming extremely powerful. As for how much content, hard to say but my last playthrough I stayed entirely in TR, spent a bit over 70 hours and mainly just focused on Mages guild, fighters guild, tribunal, and hlaalu and still had barely scratched the surface. There's easily several hundreds of hours of content whrre even multiple playthroughs will have you not covering everything.
