Story outline is the protag, Katsumi Kyouki transfers districts and starts at a new high school away from where she was known as a delinquent. Moving with her is her little sister(still in elementary school) Rose who has been kept in the dark about her older sister's delinqent behavior. At her new school she comes to learn that the surrounding four schools are actually home to the 4 strongest gangs in Japan. Wanting her little sister to never have to deal with delinquents and after a chance encounter with one of the second in commands she decides to subjugate all 4 gangs so that they never mess with her sister.Gameplay outline is stages where you beat up the rival gangs before facing off against one of the 8(4 leaders, 4 seconds). As for actual gameplay it's styled after a 2D beat em up in 3D so you have full 3D movement but you can still pick up things to use as weapons, grab enemies, pummel them, throw them. Attack wise I'm still messing around with ideas in my head. Light and Heavy attack are pretty simple but I'm also tossing up making them wide and straight attacks. Straight attacks hit quickly but don't deal as much damage and attack wise only really hit right in front of you. Wide attacks take longer to come out but hit harder and in a larger area around you(like an inverse to Sonic Unleashed where straight hit harder and wide was faster). Haven't really thought about how special moves will work just yet.So don't worry, this is moving in both gameplay and modelling. Gameplay is just not as far along so it's not going to be particularly interesting. Unless you like looking at cubes or a model of Nanoha's Fate from the psp games being used for clothing destruction tests. Oh yeah and I set up barriers blocking progression until you defeat all the relevant enemies at some point(Also just a cube). Forgot about doing that.

Adding tech and more depth was something I'd work on once I had an idea of how everything was going to flow since there's a few things I'm still tossing up in regards to basic combat like how much movement there is during attacks how I want to implement some kind of defense option. So far the one thing I do have down is I want specials to not have Super Armor so you can really nail down the no fucks given attitude of a delinquent, so getting your big attack out requires a little more thought as you can get sucker punched out of it(and for certain bosses it can backfire and damage them instead). Again it's all still too early to be finalized so it's the bare basics for now. Once that's fun I can start going deeper.
