What do you want to see in the Switch 2 Wario Land?
If you dont know, it was leaked by a trustable source

another shitty shoehorned open world because nintendo hard committed to a gimmick the industry has already been sick of for roughly a decade at this point

Pizza tower2

The return of actual power-ups, not just situational level transformations (ideally we'd have both. You could even combine acquired power-ups in Virtual Boy Wario Land.

I'm happy for you Metroidfrens, but even if it was bad, you still got MP4 recently. That misguided leak was the sole reason I tuned into the Direct.

Give me unlockable Warioware characters.
>>
I'm not convinced it's real anymore, but if it was: who should develop it?
Hard mode: It can't be in-house from NoJ
Dante Must Die mode: must be a third-party not owned by Nintendo
>>
>>747529486
Retro Studios should develop it. I know they're owned by Nintendo but they did a great job with the DK games
>>
>>747529897
bad job with Prime 4 though, but if I'm giving benefit of the doubt they were probably handed a dumpster fire in the first place from the scrapped iteration

Vanillaware.
Slightly more seriously the Pizza Tower guy with Nintendo's money and whip being cracked behind the scenes for QC.
Most serious: Inti Creates
>>
Shake it graphics

resurrect Treasure

the problem with characters like wario is that, in a platformer, there isn't a lot they can do with him that they can't just do with Mario, and DK Bananza could have worked with Wario instead. that's almost certainly why he's relegated to wario ware.

Your ass is not a reliable source

It’s the laziest (but most realistic) outcome, a Shake It port is probably what will happen.

I want to see all the old wario land npc's translated into modern Nintendo 3d

>there isn't a lot they can do with him that they can't just do with Mario
But they don't do any of that with Mario.
You don't see Mario shoulder bashing enemies or scooping them up and throwing them at walls with enough force to erase them from reality or getting flattened like a pancake in a way that is actually helpful to you for progression or gain a hindrance in the form of being forcefully made drunk.
Even at its strangest with a game like Wonder, it feels like there's certain things Nintendo would never do with Mario compared to the wild west of just doing whatever with Wario. In that sense, it's more freeing in terms of what someone can do with him compared to Mario.

So it will be made with the same engine as Dread/Ravenous? I'm in
