After gta 5 and before rdr2 I thought that Rockstar writing would be really good for a satirical retroscifi action game. Then Outer Worlds, RDR2, and Starfield came out.

The dlc for gtaO prints more money than any midnight club or manhunt would. Same reason EA will never make another ssx.
