Only keeping Leaf Green, G/S/C, Sun, and Omega Ruby. The only reason I didn't sell the last two is because they weren't worth paying the ebay fees
Back in 2018 I think, I was playing Yo-kai Watch 3. And I was thinking about how each monster game specs into something. Yo-kai Watch is stupid and goofy with some heart-string-tugging parts. Digimon is very rule-of-cool focused, with extreme and gruesome designs and some whimsy to ground it. Monster Rancher is just weird, but it's the only one to get me to really feel like I have a bond with the fake animal. Then I got to Pokémon, and I couldn't really think of its thing. And like 80% of my admiration for it just left me then. I think the only parts about Pokémon I still like are the music and several monsters.
