You play the original versions of MGS1, 2, 3, then turn 360 degrees and walk away.
Generally, you start with the first game, and play them in order. I hope this helps.
you just play 1-4, what's so difficult? no one likes twin snakes, the 3 remake is basically the same. 1-4 starts simple and gets more game mechanics as it goes on. you can do it. just play the originals or hd versions

The first game is a complete story by itself, and the second and third pair with it to form a complete trilogy. You can play the fourth if you have brain damage, I guess.
