My father has been the biggest Zelda fan as long as I can remember. He’s the reason I got into video games. I think he has the biggest Zelda collection in the UK. After the trailer/game footage of the new link design came out, he’s been a nightmare to live with. I don’t think he has slept a moment since it came out and he seems very unhappy with everything in our home. He’s been carving details into everything from the stairs and his belts to the paint on the car and my mothers purses. We are afraid to even talk to him. Yesterday he snapped at my mothers purses because her shirt was «too simple» and started adding threads and stuff because he needed it more detailed. Does this have anything to do with the game or just a basic mental health thing? It all started with he trailer.

people have replaced religion with pop culture media. When their idols are changed, they must love them faithfully or be driven insane by the fact something they love so much has been altered and become apostate.
>people thinking this actually happened
