How much better is it compared to release version
>>
puddle
ocean
>>
>>747550064
Haven't launched the enchanced version yet. The base game was everything I needed to clock 500 hours. I am fully satisfied with the game. It would be nice to re-visit but I know they will release another game or dlc before I do so. 10/10 game.
>>
Genuinely night and day.
Release date Crimson Desert was a (very ambitious) janky mess. Most of the REALLY bad stuff got patched in the first two weeks but after that they just kept adding cool features, fan requests and general gameplay improvements.

And recently they just overhauled the story to make it less random and more of an actual plot.
They took it from a 6.5 to a 9/10.
>>
>>747550064
I'm going through it again and so far it definitely improved on the story. My main gripe is the graphics. The game has great visuals that are ruined by LoD issues. Gotta use mods to fix it, but at least you CAN fix it.
I'm really curious to see how much content the DLC adds.
>>
>>747550064
A lot better, but it started from a pretty low position, so it's merely an ok game now. Wait for a half off sale, it won't be long.
>>
>>747550064
Did they put in a character creator yet?
>>
>>747550064
still no character creator?
>>
>>747552042
Is modding really the only thing I can do to fix the, like... weird sandy blur every character/object has when you see them move, the way light beams look kind of "spotty," and all that other stuff? I thought that maybe my graphics and/or ram just wasn't up to the task for current era games.
>>
>>747552576
It's a Zelda-like, not a Skyrim-like.
>>
>>747552529
>>747552576
>literally any other game with no character creator
(:
>CD with no character creator
D:<
>>
im the odd type that really liked the slow movement. im not replaying until the dlc so idk about any changed story bits.
>>
When will it be 30 bucks?
>>
>>747552606
>I thought that maybe my graphics and/or ram just wasn't up to the task for current era games.
Depends. Some of it is fixed by turning on raytracing since the game really wants you to use it, but some ghosting will still remain when you're inside buildings. I don't know if there are any mods that fix that.
I just desperately needed something to fix the pop-in of npcs and bushes/trees. I don't know why they won't fix it, the game only uses ~6GB vram on max settings.

why does it bother you you worthless retarded turd?
>>
>>747552715
The last Zelda game i was interested in enough to play was Links Awakening on my fucking Gameboy 30 years ago.
>>
>>747552042
what mods did you use? i tried Enhanced Lod - Internal Graphics Overhaul and all it really changed was the npc lods that dont matter and i hadnt noticed before. what really gets me is the buildings changing on the walk up to Hernand from the river.
>>
I've played a few mmos in my life and CD has worse narrative than all of them

Playing dawnwalker now its kinda hilarious how different it is when the team put any effort into the world and stories
>>
>>747552887
That's the one I'm using. It fixed the more blatant and annoying issues for me. I think you can tweak it too, but I haven't tried that.
>>
>>747553094
maybe ill try it again in the morning.
>>
>>747552042
>I'm going through it again and so far it definitely improved on the story.
How the hell did they do that, did they rewrite entire chunks?

>>
Exploration and puzzles are the only fun parts of the game. Why the fuck would anyone want to spend hours riding trading wagons, farming, fishing or clearing trash mobs from camps.
>>
>>747553305
I'm still in the earlier chapters and I don't remember everything, but they added a lot more voice lines for Kliff where he monologues to explain the story a bit more up front.
>>
>>747552042
That's why nanite is better. It is extremely compute and storage bandwidth intensive, but it prevents this sort of thing.
>>
>>747553305
Yes.
>The prologue got totally redone. They explain the overarching quest instead of Kliff just randomly going into town and being called the Chosen One for giving a beggar a coin.
>Kliff TALKS and doesn't just have dialogue consisting of "Aye" and "Yes".
>The whole chapter system got scrapped and a bunch of missions were re-arranged and rewritten to add more plot.
>>
>>747553305
Kliff constantly talks and asks questions, they changed old scenes to set things up, and they added new scenes.

This is the first big noticable one where they went from literally nothing and then Kliff is by the river to a full cutscene that shows the villain trying to corrupt him.

>>
>all weapons have the same stats
what were they thinking
>>
>>747553478
Frankly it's just an optimization problem. The game used to run at an easy 90fps at max settings with a 9070xt. Now it hits 60 when using raytracing and I have to use framegen if I want to go over that. Smacking it with MORE bloated bullshit would make it unplayable. They need to do an optimization pass either with the DLC or when it's released.
The lod mod uses 4GB extra vram for a total of 10GB, which still leaves plenty room on a 16GB card.
>>
>>747553627
They were thinking that all retards follow the same meta and everyone would end up with the same fucking minmaxed optimal meta weapon and everyone would beg for transmogs for the same edgy weapon look, effectively making it no different than now, except where they'd have to create some shitty lore justification for why you can make any weapon look like any other.
>>
Can you max out all your skills? This doesn't seem like a game that encourages build-fagging, but I went quite a while not realizing I could improve my health and stamina kek
>>
>>747553757
Yeah but it kills progression.
There's no reason to clear that puzzle because I already know I won't be rewarded with anything interesting.
>>
>>747553895
yes. abyss artifacts are an infinite material since you also use them for upgrades and before the last patch you needed to spend points for each character but now they are all shared so when Kliff spends a point it gives a point to Damiane and Oongka.
>>
All they had to was make the unique abyss gears unremovable.
>>
>>747553684
The word optimization gets misused so often. If anything, the vram usage is too optimized. Their engine uses techniques that are very bandwidth and memory efficient at the cost of being more computy heavy. And the reason they also aggressively reduce vram usage is because the frame time spikes and stutters everyone hates is because the vram buffer gets overloaded and has to swap to your storage media for the frame, which is what causes that. Having a larger gap reduces the chance that happens. That's also partly why the game is much more frame time stable than any UE5 game, and frankly many proprietary engine games too.

You are quite literally asking for the opposite of optimization in a certain sense. You want it to relax it's efficient algorithms and more aggressively store assets. And that's not an unreasonable thing to want. But it does mean more engine work, maintenance and debugging, and scalability questions when vram buffer sizes vary significantly.
>>
>>747553957
You get rewarded a unique abyss gear and the look of the weapon. I get that psychologically it doesn't feel as impactful as getting a full weapon as a package, but if you think about it in the way that if the weapon were fixed and immutable, if it didn't beat your current weapon, the outcome is the exact same. CDs system is more modular that if there is one part of the weapon you like (look or power), you can salvage that.
>>
>>747550064
Oops, it's still got Denuvo.
>ignored
>>
>>747553895
Yes. Skill points are items that you can literally farm from pretty much the start of the game if you really want
>>
>>747554303
mr. brown-san, it's already cracked since that's what you care about
>>
>>747554193
I guess. I appreciate what they managed to do graphically, but give the people with the extra Vram the option to utilize all of it. The pop-in might make sense when you're making an MMO like BDO, but I for a singleplayer game it's just immersion breaking.
It might be my only gripe with the game.
>>
Anyone that recommends "exploration" in this game also loses their shit over NMS I guess. Exploration is one of the things this game doesnt reward at all and you need to have completed big chunks of the main story to even do shit in most locations. When you finally get a way to open some of those weird walls you find a chest that gives you a stone and 5 copper. That shit would have been a bad reward at the start of the game

Most games don't use a random npc as their MC in a throwaway story. Most studios don't have other games with extensive character creators, why does this offline mmo not share the same tech with their actual mmo.

>>747553957
You're generally not given weapons from doing big puzzles anyways. Weapons and armor tend to be in hidden alcoves and shit. Puzzles reward skill points, the magical abilities, and the gears you use to customize weapons.
The way Crimson Desert diversifies its loot and rewards you "appropriately" for the type of content you're doing is really well done imo

You explore just to say you did.

I'm thinking about replaying the whole game when the DLC comes out, but god damn what a long ass fucking game. And I have a lot of other shit to get around to. I'd like to hop straight into the DLC on one hand, but I actually want to see the story changes on the other. My save is like 2 chapters from the end so I won't see any of the new story stuff if I just go DLC.

it does but they want you to play fixed character, same way CDPR force you to play as Geralt in the Witcher.

Combat in this is incredibly fun but looking around seems like no one actually digs into it and treats it like a souls like, especially the boss fights.

that would be because this game is not a soulslike by any measure whatsoever. it's a really weird blend of a character action game and musou

Well yeah that's why I don't get the reception. A lot of people seem to bait a parry and then hold RB/RT then struggle on any boss so they double down on taking turns but the game offers great options for crowd control and iframe chaining in musou encounters, while letting you combo bosses. Shit like hit confirming your RB and cancelling it into a fully charged RB+Y just goes under the radar in community discussions but is so potent

Launch movement was heinously slow for a game that wanted to present itself with flashy fast combat. The animations did look better back then, and they did have to break it a little bit to make it more responsive, but it was worth the tradeoff. It was literally more slow than GTA 5 at launch.
>>
>>747555894
if you beat the game already, do a new game plus. you get all your abyss artifacts and silver. you can very easily max out all your stats and skills, and upgrade all your weapons. set the difficulty to easy and just bulldoze the main quest. its not nearly as time consuming as you think if you're just there to quickly see the revised main quest.

Not really. There's more context and doesn't feel remotely as jarring from scene to scene, especially the intro. But the story itself is still pretty mediocre.
>>
>>747550064
I've been playing CD for the past like 3 weeks, I pirated it and bought it after putting 200 hours into it. It's genuinely ruined other games for me. I'm trying to play asshats cuck: buckbroken right now and it's genuinely unplayable. The movement feels way too fast and snappy in a way that feels like I'm teleporting all over the fucking place, and there's no weight to the movement or actions.
The moment the combat and controls clicked for me it was fucking over.
I know it'll never win because it's just a popularity contest but CD is absolutely goty.
I can however see that the release version was probably horrendous to play but where it's at now is simply leagues better than anything else.
>>
>>747558473
I've got a similar story. Pirated the 1.14 crack, bought on sale and am loving it. I think my favourite part is the combat. I love just fucking around with bosses and comboing them to death and figuring out new tech for fights. Just an incredibly addictive game

I like the game but the combat glazers like person in this thread and this guy who made this video are retarded
https://youtu.be/SCDao43Y9Nk

Not only are they showcasing virtually fully upgraded characters who would realistically wipe the floor with bosses in less than a minute if using intended gear upgrades as they progressed but they're also only shown fighting the more generic normal sizes humanoid enemies who are even susceptible to half the moves they are performing.

Yes you can perform combos that is true, its power fantasy type of combat system but it is not some crazy in depth combat system as people try to portray it, you can slow down time at any moment and parry/dodge virtually every attack which trivializes the entire game.
To even get a good understanding of these combos you really need to practice yourself which until boss rematches became available was not easy to do without reloading saves before boss fights.
They don't even show the countless times they had to restart the fight because they got their ass kicked by fucking around like this or even show their boss fights against bosses that don't allow you to combo them or the god awful tank boss fights or even talk about the fact that in enemy strongholds your health is constantly being drained from the countless enemies raining arrows and gunshots at you and that its better off reviving from checkpoint when they kill you instead of healing through it because your stronghold progress is still retained

Sure I can unequip all my gear and do combos but like very little damage or I can just do the charged focus palm followup which when charged long enough can deal over half a bosses health or even just spam abyss gears as the game allows you to.
>>
>>747558586
Your entire post boils down to "I don't like the combo stuff because you need to practice"
>>
>>747558586
>To even get a good understanding of these combos you really need to practice yourself which until boss rematches became available was not easy to do without reloading saves before boss fights.
What do you think people did in Devil May Cry back in the day?
Also, there was a training dummy you could build in your camp fairly early on. I don't think it was in on launch but it came in a very early patch.
FWIW you actually can do a lot of this stuff to a good amount of the humanoid bosses as well, it's just harder and takes some more practice. I watch some videos from korean jewtubers and they do shit even crazier than what you see spammed ITT. It's like watching donguri all over again.

> not all of this stuff is accessible at the start of the game
Yea so? We're not talking about the start of the game. I played this game day 1 and immediately rushed the grappling moves and was practicing this shit week one. Training dummy is all that I mentioned that wasn't available day 1 (I think?). Which is irrelevant anyways

>>747558586
I get where you're coming from, but you're arguing a bit dishonestly. You don't need to practice tons to discover and familiarize yourself with basic linked basic attacks. You don't need to have crazy stats or overpowered gear. This guy literally just keeps it simple, doesn't avoid or even deflect every attack like some god. He knows when to block and eat chip damage. He largely sticks to basic piercing stab and force palm links, which are as basic as it gets.

It's not just about button mashing and styling. You do it because if you don't combo properly, you don't get enough damage in during open windows because they eventually "super armor" through your string and interrupt you.

'snappy' might have been the wrong word but AC black fag resynced takes it way over the line. It's too quick, too jumpy, and in a way that the original distinctly was not. They also fucked with the combat because giving simple open combat in a game about being a stealth assassin was just too tall an ask... Or maybe they felt the need to try and improve on the original since they're so obsessed with proving the Ubishit of today isn't completely worthless compared to the ubi of the past.

There's a big difference between feeling weighty and feeling sluggish. I do not feel sluggish in CD, especially with all my movement options, and I almost always go exactly where I want to.
If you demanded I give some sort of critique to CD then I guess that stumbling on the inclines of roofs can be hit and miss and a little obnoxious but it's such a nitpicky gripe for an otherwise phenomenal movement system.

Also worth mentioning that the world size (and more specifically shit like city and building size) matches the movement. There's so many potential points of failure in the movement, like the base walking speed being too fast or too slow, running up walls randomly whenever you hit sprint (old AC games had this problem really bad) but it all comes together beautifully.

I'm genuinely loving this game so much, it's earned so much good will from me I'll try to go to bat for it.

I went through most of the game dumping all my points into stamina because it's directly tied to movement and played with level 2 or 3 stamina through most of the game and the game wasn't too hard. You can quite literally play however you want, if you try and it out and don't like getting one-shot you can dump points into health and upgrading armor at no penalty except having to play the game in order to get the upgrade artifacts since they're a completely renewable resource.
>>
>>747556740
I half want to say that it's the games fault for not properly explaining that your force palm staggers the enemy, but the game absolutely lets you play (and moderately succeed) with the retarded monkey heavy-spam technique so if you actively opt take the simplest approach then you deserve to be a heal-spamming tard. It's a great way to weed out the dipshits in discussion.
>>
>>747559878
blinding flash finisher spam is the elden ring summons. simple as. its not a good enough reason to call the bosses or combat bad just because you can cheese it and make it easier with something the devs allowed to serve that purpose

Compared the handholding mechanics of Wolverine to Crimson Desert. This game is the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I haven't played the latest patch but I had a fee issues. For one I unlocked Damaine for like two chapters but then she's "busy" for the next six chapters. I also spoiled myself and found out after you collect all materials, weapons, money, and food for your camp you get... nothing. You just did the thing. As a completionist that really just pisses me off. I hope they've done something to reward your effort. My last issue is how "weak" i feel being on chapter 12(?) and still getting manhandled by optional bosses in fully upgraded armour (including earrings and necklaces) and almost fully upgraded weapons. Like... when will I feel like a superhero?

I mean the game not telling you certain things such as
>this symbol is supposed to match with another symbol on a certain part of the map
Or
>this little disc in the wall can actually be stabbed and will activate the lever under water
I wish there was some indication of that. Even if you were given the goal in a description that would be more than what the game tells you. I shouldn't have to look up the answers at all.

The bottom line is the hint shouldn't be intrusive. People bought up Navi and Atreus in the Wolverine threads and those are prime examples of the game thinking you're retarded. At least games like MGS let you call a friend if you need help via codec.
>>
>>747558873
>Ass Black Fag having instant snappy movement is good. Same reason why Souls is so good.
Lumping Ass Greed and Souls together is enough to tell me you have no idea what you're talking about and the other guy is right for not sharing your retarded opinion.

>I unlocked Damaine for like two chapters but then she's "busy" for the next six chapters
Yeah, that sucks.
>you get... nothing.
>As a completionist
You're not really a completionist if you lose the drive to complete it due to a lack of reward. The reward is specifically for people who aren't completionists because the act of completing the game is not sufficient to drive them to 100% it. CD should appeal to you more in that case. Also, you're not technically given nothing, those donation quests that you're likely referencing gives you respawning boxes with their respective thing inside them in your camp. The more you donate, the more boxes it spawns.
>My last issue is how "weak" i feel being on chapter 12
How exactly does the flow of combat against a boss go for you? If you're engaging with combos in the combat system then I don't see how you couldn't possibly feel like a god. If you're just holding the attack buttons or mashing then you're probably getting bodied after doing 25% of their HP.
Try not buffering inputs by holding or pressing multiple times - take it a little slower and mixing in some force palms which guarantee staggers. The bosses are designed to break out of combos after awhile, so keep in mind that you're not going to 1-combo bosses unless you're utilizing everything nearly perfectly.

>>747559878
>>747560219
Don't think I even unlocked blinding flash finisher to try. I do enjoy seeing what I can combo into what. For example I had no idea until recently about the directional modifier on R1 triangle attacks. So with a spear I can start a light attack which can be cancelled into a fully charged spear stab but inputting a backwards direction the second it lands lets kliff impale the enemy and throw them backwards. From there you have your gap closers like a spear r1r2 or even axiom winch ambush into another string. Shame axiom never seems to work on bosses even though you can grapple a lot of them.
>>
>>747559175
my point here is that people show basically late game stuff and face easy enemies and do combos to depict the game as "deep" by doing combos, combos alone do not make a game deep.

>>747559150
difficulty was also added later

>>747559265
The average player would not have more than half the abilities this guy has against the bosses he's facing, he's facing bosses in all these clips with gear and abilities you get much later in the game, you can even see what day he's on and all of his clips are after day 90.
You are not facing most of these bosses while having access to virtually all the abilities like this guy is until the end.

Its very disingenuous to just cherry pick certain enemies and bosses, especially like people do in all these videos and webm's against early game bosses/enemies and specifically vulnerable humanoids

>>747560234
I think most puzzles in this game are fine except for ones where you're given a crudely drawn map and have to go to the other side of the world to find the symbols you need to press, always just watch videos rather than waste time looking for them.
At launch it was sort of dreadful because there werent indicators on the map telling you whether or not you could even interact with some things.
The puzzle in the first tower at scholastone I had no idea I was supposed to climb and hang onto the objects, I understood the puzzle and what it wanted me to do just not how to interact with it
The puzzles where you have to slot in batteries were also tricky because its not obvious that you had to not only place them but then stand on them (while taking damage) and ground force palm them into place, they eventually improved this though.

Does the game at any point be it a book or note ever tell you how to get through waterfalls?
>>
>>747560957
>How exactly does the flow of combat against a boss go for you?
It might take a few tries but generally I'm good at fighting normal bosses. It's been a while so i don't remember their exact names but the four side bosses that the giant electiric snake tells you to go fight seem to be scaling up with me. And I'm in what is considered to be the best armor in the game. But still they each one or two shot me.

This game is quite stinky. They just copy pasted every big game that came out in the past ten years. Also the story is extremely vague and pretentious at the same time. It's like they asked ChatGTP to design a game
>>
>>747560656
You don't have to look up all the answers, though I understand where you're coming from considering I did a lot of looking up myself.
There are adequate context clues in every puzzle, you have the tools in every situation and any time you don't have the tools it gives them to you (like a skill via the echo-like memory for the stab that you mentioned).

There is an unfortunate reality that we have to come to terms with: We have been conditioned by games that cater to the dumbest consumers possible. Every "Puzzle" if they can even be called that, are either self-evident or deliberately explained to us to the point that the ability to problem solve has atrophied a bit in a lot of people.
>>
>>747561189
I really did try to fight against looking up the solutions. But I got so tired of seeing that Question mark fog of war at the camp that I gave up. I knew I had to twist the wheels around but I had no idea where an indication was as to how they should be converted.

The problem is the maps they give you on the walls are colored and in detail whereas your in game map is less detailed and grey, since that was the first map puzzle I actually gave it a try and couldn't find any of the symbols, only realizing after looking up I was looking in the entirely wrong location despite the map looking vaguely similar to where I was looking.
Puzzles that are just "hurr go find these symbols then come back" are uninteresting

Those bosses in particular are fairly difficult and iirc are the step below the actual difficult ones like Forgotten General. They will be somewhat challenging.
The game is extremely free-form in that every method of tackling a boss is valid; whether you want to spam or combo, cheese or throw yourself at it.
Even leaving and upgrading your armor is a viable alternative.

>And I'm in what is considered to be the best armor in the game
There's a possibility that you may have prioritized dumping your abyss relics into skills and have neglected upgrading your armor and weapons.
There is technically a 'best armor' but the realistic difference in stats is middling. The performance between the fully upgraded kuku flame armor and any other fully upgraded random piece of armor is hilariously small, like we're talking maybe 6% crit rate and 10 defense.
The ideal point for total defense is at 100 which is easily hit as long as you're actually wearing accessories, armor and haven't neglected to upgrade them, and god forbid if you use a shield you can hit like 130, which is like wearing an extra body piece.

The difference between rank 9 and rank 10 upgrades is larger than the worst body piece and the best body piece of the same rank.

I just want Damiane to fucking rape me.
>>
>>747560815
The entire flow of things is changed.

Originally when you started chapter 2 after you landed from the abyss there is a cutscene of Kliff leaning against a wall saying nothing then he pulls out the shai medallion and looks at the watchtower as a random ball of light pops out of the medallion and goes to the tower so you get a quest marker to go to the tower. Then you do that quest and immediately after that the quest marker points to the town to go fight the knight with zero explanation you just silently go from standing on the cliff near the ruins to needing to go fight

In 2.0 the chapter starts with Kliff talking about how he needs to find his friends as he walks to his tent. There are two guys nearby talking about a knight looking for greymanes and they walk with you for a little bit and point you towards where he is. After that you meet the marshal and go back to your tent where two kids are talking about how they saw a cat. The cat shows up and it is the one you got for the shai and it runs off towards the tower as Kliff then remembers the shai talking about how there was cool stuff in the tower so he should go see what it is. Once you do that quest Kliff is standing on the cliff near the ruins and he starts thinking about the marshal and how he can probably help.

Its the fully (before you get the snake scales) upgraded crow armor
>>
>>747561749
I genuinely think they should come back and mark some areas and quests with some sort of rating based on damage or defence.
Right now I am at end game but purposefully keeping armor and weapons at around refinement 6 to not overkill enemies because sometimes I will run into bosses that die in seconds and others take a while to kill.

I wish they'd give us a proper transmog system
>>
>>747561189
>is that people show basically late game stuff and face easy enemies and do combos to depict the game as "deep" by doing combos
>The average player would not have more than half the abilities this guy has against the bosses he's facing
What the fuck are you talking about? Outside of basic and heavy attacks he's using force palm, stab, spin attack, and turning slash. These are all unlockable with 10 abyss relics in total which you'll have plenty of especially at the start of the damn game.
The difference between you and that guy is that guy put in the time and effort to learn the combos while you're moaning that you can't look as cool as he does, jesus christ.
>>
>>747562087
It's a great change. I pumped 40 hours into the 1.14 crack and then immediately bought and restarted 2.0. It's night and day in terms of motivations and general characterization
>>
>>747562164
>completely ignoring armor, stamina upgrades, the weapons (cannon, fan), the elements, the later skills

Also half the fucking "combos" he does aren't even full combos, there are plenty of resets in between, at most he's doing 3-4 hit strings with resets in between just spastically doing things
>>
Did they fix character progression for Dami and Oongka? I couldn’t be asked to invest time and abyss artifacts in those two when I did my first playthrough.
>>
>>747562143
>mark some areas and quests with some sort of rating based on damage or defence.
I... really disagree with that. The instant you start labeling things with difficulty it would taint the freedom by labeling exactly when you should tackle different quests and locations rather than exploring and learning on your own.
The natural progression of venturing further and further from your starting point is intuitive enough but we have people ITT right now who think that holding right-click is the meta way to beat the game.

>I wish they'd give us a proper transmog system
I also disagree with this. Doing that would defeat the purpose of upgrading gear and the progression would gradually start to unravel.
>>
>>747562452
Yes. Their relics for upgrading skills are now separate from Kliff and each other.
>>
Are you guys going to start a new game when the DLC releases? Is there a way to go back to the comfy camp yet? The town is so gloomy and shit and everyone is so far away from each other it makes you feel so lonely.
>>
I wish they'd let you costumize the colours for the gliding powers. I made Kliff look like Superman and turned his armour blue and boots and cape red. But when I glide it sucks i'm forced to use black raven wings

>>
>>747562519
I sort of agree, I think there's probably some way to do it, maybe marking it after the fact, say maybe that the level only appears during the fight so you can sort of run into a boss and get your ass kicked and then realize ok this guy is much higher level I could continue or come back later.

I don't think there's a problem with transmog,
Some armor have unique effects like kuku gear or they have different upgrade paths providing different stats on upgrade which is more than enough, and if you're aiming for multiple builds you can still be carrying multiple different armor pieces, I carry around multiple pairs of gloves with different gears like better mining yield or timber yields for example.

He literally uses elements in the first 10 seconds of the video
At 9:48 he's using a cannon.
Multiple times in the video he's using master du's circlet which you get near the end of the game that fires projectiles

My idea of a combo is an uninterruptible string of hits, if the enemy recovers in between a hit or can block/super armor through the hits then it's not a true combo.

people are being baited. its 25 bucks. even shitty wow expansions are 50 bucks plus a sub and mtx for not much. only the flame knights castle will be available and will be extremely rigid. the romance system will only allow named npcs and not any qt randomized design you like off the street. named or not they will all have the same generic flirty response. you will get 5 minutes of content and then they just loiter at your castle and do nothing and offer nothing. underwater will have 1 sunken castle ruin with 2-3 treasure chests. there will be maybe 8 new bosses, and 6 of them will be recolors, and the other 2 will be the ones in the trailer. the boats will be completely useless because you just use aerial roll sonic boom shit anyways.
