I haven't actually played Dispatch yet but isn't Robert supposed to be like a beaten-down office worker who hates his life/job? I thought that was the whole gimmick, like he used to be Iron Man but he lost the suit and now he's customer service for the Avengers. Of course he sounds exhausted.
