I think they will be done in early 2027. The difference between skyblivion and vaporware projects is the devs actually show their development in real time so you can see that progress is being made, they've especially started doing this in the past year, you can just watch the devs work on the game to verify yourself that it's real and 98% of the game is finished and everything left is just grunt work like bugfixing and testing.
