Sora regularly shoots people with the guns that he puts on his gummi ship and fires himself. He's also used cannons and flintlocks. His keyblade can turn into guns. He can even use his keyblade in it's regular form as an assault rifle. In the data Xigbar fight in 3 they even do a western dual sequence. In KH4 Sora's going to be killing storm troopers by shooting them out of the sky with his gummi ship. Goofy is confirmed to be able to steal enemy weapons in 4, meaning he can use star wars blasters that look like ww2 guns. Also Sora can use the super scope and blaster in Smash. He can get shot by a real ass glock by Joker or Kirby in that game. I do not think Disney gives a fuck. This isn't like right after a major school shooting or anything. The most I could see them doing is have it so that when he shoots the guns they have magical special effects so they don't look like real bullets. But I'm doubtful they even care about that.
