Bringing back exclusives was a good first step with Gears. Their niche should be interesting exclusives like Phisint which means taking chances. They should make a Spawn game to counter Sony’s spider man games or publish a hack and slash game, they still need more games but making halo, gears, etc exclusive again is essential and Phil wasn’t doing that
