I ended up just getting frustrated and ragequitting on most of the levels which isn't something I normally do with puzzle games.That said they are definitely fun to play in October, just get them on sale because they're definitely not worth full price.

The two I have lined up are HorrorVale and Banjo-Kazooie: The Bear Witch ProjectHorrorVale is an RPG Maker game that's inspired by the Mother series. It has a lot of optional party members and side quests. This will be my 4th time playing it and I hope that the console port upgrade thing drops soon so it'd be easier to share. I finished Banjo-Kazooie and watched The Blair Witch to play this hack. I know very little about it.I may or may not play other spooky games.

>>747620863Nightmare House is a yearly replay. Might open up Elden Ring and invade people with some spooky build in the Abyssal Woods, could replay Arkham City too. I'm meaning to properly try out Darkwood but that one always seems like I'd spend more time worrying about resource management than actually getting into the atmosphere and enjoying the game.
While we're here, anyone want to recommend some spooky movies too? I advise anyone who likes cheesy over the top thrillers to watch the Final Destination series. I don't know if it ever got a vidya adaptation, though I'm sure if it did the game was terrible because how do you even adapt that.
