Here's a simple guideline:
If there's Zelink shipping in the game, then it's not OoT Link.
WW Link is some random kid.
SS Link is right-handed Link who never reincarnated out of duty, thus permanently depriving Hylia of cock.
BotW Link is some random thirst dream being had by Hylia who will never get any.
TotK Link is some random thirst dream being had by Demise who will never get any, which is also why there's barely any common thread between it and BotW.
