Ranger was such a charming mess of garbage
Amazing how it did overworld Pokemon better than the modern mainline games too.

Almia was better but all the ranger games were great
Its a shame pokemon dropped them entirely. I could see getting away from the DS capture mechanic but the idea of a ranger using native pokemon to help solve problems was great
