The civilians in game growing more apathetic and using the Phantom Thieves to vicariously express their frustration without enacting real change felt very true to life. I also liked how the game emphasizes the importance a change in perspective has in changing your own life. The final vanilla dungeon shows how ordinary people are in a prison of their own design, and that only you can break yourself free from it.I graduated with my BASc this summer, but I still felt awful for living like a recluse and spending the last five years going through the motions. P5 and NHK (which I also watched recently) came at feels like the right time.As for general thoughts and opinions, the game looks fantastic. The game got several laughs out of me: the maid reveal, the boat ride w/ Yusuke, Ryuji no-way-fag'ing Ann at the gym, Mishima dying in the bathroom during the Hawaii trip. Maruki may be tied with Adachi as my favorite Persona antagonist. Akechi dropping all pretenses and embracing his violent nature was fun; it reminded me of Raiden during the Monsoon fight. The music was excellent. Lastly, the setting and music for the casino made for one of the coolest scenes in a game ever.Also, my picks are Hifumi, Makoto, and Sae.
