Like the debuffs are perfectly implemented, say you don't sleep for two days you start losing max HP and STR etc. or whatever I can't remember.But yeah avoid toilet water bro. Scavenge for some stuff and sell them for the doctor's appointment. Alcohol and other buffs should be kept for time-specific skillchecks.
