Every interactive object needs a special animation for both the normal human and the horsegirl. Doubling your workload in the animation department isn't worth it, unless you make a game specifically about living with centaurs.
I remember some anons around here shilling Gold Gold Adventure Gold not too long ago on the premise that it's like a budget Majesty with monster girls, though I also heard some unflattering things about its technical parts.
