Everyone eventually forgot but I never did, classic for the entirety of its existence and to this very day on era is running the nerfed easy modo version of the game designed for shitter guilds to get their cthun and kt kills before the dark portal opened. Being able to stealth around stuff and the thrill of doing solo errands in places like BRD was just such a great feeling. I guess druid can kind of do similar things, but sap and vanish re-stealth allows one to do many things like loot containers. Leveling with an ambush heavy build with the 40% temp buff talent after killing mobs was a blast as well. Just 70% damage every other mob in one hit, felt great.The one time I felt blizz really dropped the ball was in UBRS in the dragon egg room, and I was told by the party to activate the crystal on the far end of the room. So I started stealthing and weaving between the dragon eggs on the ground and it was like class fantasy realized on steroids doing this little task, but the dragon eggs explode even if you don't touch them, because they have a bigger radius , even if there's a clear path between them. Just bullshit for no good reason. Thx for reading my blog.
