I still need to finish NG4 and play the dlc...
Anyway, some comments.
I debated if i should place DS on a tier of its own, because its THAT good across 3 whole games. Never feels underpowered. Dabi and Scythe are basically big weapons that kill everything on screen. Enma isn't as good as Dabi or Scythe. Lunar is amazing in 1 but i feel it gets worse at the series goes on. I didn't like it much in RE actually.
I think S1 rachel is pretty fun to play, but S2 is just worse. The only S2 girl i think its fun is Momiji. RE has the best girls.
The tonfas, just exist, i don't care for them. They come back for RE.
I have never liked the flails.
