Let me guess, you need more?

Crazy how good android emulation has become, I remember when it could only handle DS games

Can MY Android device play PS3 games?
>>
>>747678409
I'm not going to fall for android emulation ever again
Bought a Poco F8 ultra which is apparently really good, that shit can barely play gamenative games. Fucking demonic mahjong is a simple unity game and it struggles to hit 30fps and also overheats it
>>

>Bought an actual android phone and not a chinkware emulator machine
Your GPU wasn't the problem it was the fact that your phone was melting
>>
>>747678409
I was surprised when I tried PS3 emulation on my PC I didn't realize it's been good.
>>
Most of the ARM cores don't even have a 128 bit FPU and can't run sustained speeds above ~2ghz when hot how are they going to handle emulating the 3Ghz vector SPEs of the PS3 processor.

>armsex
nice
>>
>>747679037
its been good for a long time now. whats more surprising is ps4 emulation taking off.

Yeah I'm finally gonna play Bloodborne sometime one emu.
>>
>>747679627
its so good now it feels like a legit pc port.
>>
>>747678409
>It can play ps3 games.
No it can't. It can play PC games that had a PS3 release maybe. PS3 emulation takes a lot of horse racism.
>>
>>747679037
Is it good?
Last I heard about it was years ago and that the only "working" game was Bloodborne.

>Aliexpress 35% cashbacks no longer available in my country
>missed out on a base Thor when it was like $200
>now double
I fucked up.

The games I tried were. Bloodborne is though PS4 not PS3.

diff anon
I updated a 2 year old version and it still can't run Gran Turismo 5 races.
>>
>>747682317
Get a RP Duo. It's better than a Thor Lite at the same price.
>>

The handheld in OP is actively cooled and can sustain ~3Ghz on its performance cores, which also all have multiple 128-bit VFPUs.
>>
Fuck im so angry at you being retarded I wrote my post wrong

some little 24mm fan doesn't do shit and these chips all are forced to be colder than 50-55C so the batteries in handheld devices dont get damaged over time.
it has one core that goes 3ghz, and three of the other 8 cores are low power arm derivatives that only have a 64bit FPU
you dont even know what any of this means

you know what I'm not arguing with an indian retard who doesn't know shit about hardware.
>>
it's been 15 years and PS3 emulation is still complete dog shit unless you autistically like one specific mediocre game that works
>>
>>747683487
>the 5 cores with multiple 128bit VFPUs don't count because the 3 little cores don't
kill yourself NIGGER
>>
>>747683864
are you saying each core has multiple FPUs?
>vfpu
oh worse you aren't indian you're chinese
>>
>>747680305
Bro my Retroid Pocket 4 Pro can run PS3 games. Odin Sphere Leifthrasir and Dragon's Crown runs good on it.

That's what it says in the optimisation manuals, so...
