What's the point in driving sims? You spend 15 minutes in a race only to brake a little too late in a turn and you fall to last place and have to re-do everything.

>>747685382racing in sims (gt is an arcade racer btw) is only good for online races where everyone is liable to miss a brake point. time trials too the issue you are describing is more of an arcade racer issue where rubber banding dictates a close race, so nothing really matters until you last few corners
