If they got to fire a ton of people and rehire them to completely restructure the game, that implies the game as it is isnt working and sucks. If the game didn’t suck they would keep moving forward with the original plan, the plans changing so drastically is obviously a response to the game not hitting. Tons of dorks said they need a shooting range, a hub area to show off skins, and PVE. Now they are rushing trying to relaunch a free to play PVE game that is nothing like the original concept, it’s the exact opposite. It’s going to be destiny like and they will try and fold the destiny IP into marathon as a last ditch effort to get some of their players back. This reeks of desperation and probably won’t work.
