Turns out this occasional pain and discomfort that's slowly gotten worse over the last 15 or so years is possible degenerative arthritis in the lower right back pelvic area. Apparently I just keep doing physio and pain mitigation. The real question is how much worse it will get in the coming years and how much pain I'll be able to tolerate before something else might need to be done.

Got GTA3 running on OPL properly by applying some of the built in compatibility modes. Played Star Ocean 3 for an hour. Great game so far really loving it. Excellent voice acting, characters are great, game is beautiful for the time. Played Blood Money’s first mission just to see how it plays on ps2. Amazing how good it looks, the HD upgrade just removed some pixelation from the video output more than updated the graphics which is crazy. Seems less censored as well, you can look up the skank’s skirt and she has a thong on
