I'd sell off IPs from the graveyard like Gravity Rush and MotorStorm.I'd out of the West and start making gacha-like games for the Asian market: China, Japan, Korea, etc. You could so easily make a Genshin clone that appeals to millions of people in those countries and gets people to buy your handheld, especially in Japan which is your domestic market that your parent company is based in. And it could so easily be the successful live service you want. My PlayStation Portable 2 will ship with Gran Turismo DAY ONE. And a new Everybody's Golf will be a pack-in title. Bring BACK PlayStation MOVE.
