Made me listen to the whole theme to check, it's just that one rising melody that's a soundalike. Pretty common for music to borrow bits and pieces from each other. Hiphop and rap artists go even further and "sample" existing music/sounds to use as backing, which is its own massive legal mess that everyone stopped fighting over because it was futile.
