Seriously, why do devs make unoptimized games? Most gamers have poorfag gpus, and even if you have a good one you don't like shitty performance and stutters. Don't they really see it as a priority?

Why optimize games when you will buy the 60380 TI Super Max for fake frames and DLSS that worsen performance even more?
If you can't afford at least a 5070 and want to play new games then just stick to consoles.
When you QA a PC game you need a bunch of different configs. I did QA on a minspec before and it sucks but you get to point out what is unacceptable. Nowadays I think devs just crowdsource the QA department and deal with the backlash.
