It's funny how 2 has the best level in an action game, but then it also has levels that are literally on par with Devil May Cry 2 and some of the worst in the genre.2 is one of the most schizophrenic games I've ever played, so painfully unfinished.
Every game in the trilogy is good, aside from vanilla 3. Razor's Edge is fantastic, primarily due to the immense amount of Ninja Trials mode combat challenges. Black's great, 2 vanilla is great, Razor's Edge is great. 4 is also a fantastic game, but it's got enough differences to it that it won't be everyone's cup of tea. It was painfully misunderstood, however.
I was confused at why the Ninja Gaiden schizo always puts down other games after playing NG1.The game was decent, but it was basically just a faster DMC1 with worse bosses.But now i played NG2 and holy shit, yeah i understand where he's coming from even if he's retarded about it, this game is fucking awesome.I'm really excited for NG3.
