The game runs perfectly fine, BUT there is a known memory leak that triggers usually pretty instantly when you go to major cities or just slowly over time that wreaks FPS. Outside of that for some people with shitty internet because the beta is only one mega server the data throughput slows their games down and there was an issue with europeans having worse latency that they were bypassing with VPNs using NA as the location although I'm unsure if that's still a problem.
