I've seen dead rising thread rise from the grave recently (pun intended), sadly, there doesn't seem to be much interest in the franchise on /v/ anymore. I really like the games, I wonder what killed the hype. Was it that awful remaster? Would make sense, a fun fact: since that remaster came out, apparently, Capcom decided that the original should never go on sale again. They lowered the price to $10 but it used to go for as low as $5. At least they didn't delist it, I guess.
