4chan's Bizarre MMOdventure is going to play ROSE Online for the next 2-3 weeks, feel free to join in.

>What is ROSE Online?
ROSE Online is a 2000s-era Korean MMO developed by Gravity Interactive, the studio behind the venerable Ragnarok Online. Originally considered a spiritual successor to RO, ROSE draws many elements from that storied title and presents them in a classic grind with a cutesy, 3D aesthetic.

Second for farming Valor.
Clan's nearing its next roster expansion (currently 19/20 Anon strong, wew lad), so feel free to shout in the thread if (You) want to join up. Shouldn't be too long now 'til we've got another set of open spaces for curious Anon...!

We're thoroughly good on Muses, and have plenty of Soldiers as well. Only two Dealers, however, and just a single Hawker to our name.
Feel free to play whatever catches your interest, but Dealer and Hawker are our currently lowest-played classes, if you're wanting to round-out the roster a bit.

Another Clan Rank in the bank, and another +5 slots to add to our totals. Nicely farmed, lads.

Thanks to some in-the-field research from our crew, we've determined that at our current level range, the fastest way to speed through farming Valor is to just spam delivery missions from whichever one of the four city leaders in Junon Polis is offering them. The Ferrell Guild leader in the north-eastern corner is ideal for this, assuming he's offering his delivery task to Breezie Hills. The Arumic Researcher's task in the south-eastern corner of Junon can also be solid, provided her delivery takes you to Luxem Tower.
Certainly need to stock-up on Return Scrolls for the job, but as these time-limited "shout quests" also reward Zulie upon completion, it's a net positive either way.

Should we once again need to expand our ranks, I suspect it'll be a more manageable grind now that we've figured out the best way to approach things.

Second post showcasing the new roster.
Toss a line to anyone listed here if you want to swing by. It's only the third day of our stay, certainly still early enough to get your share of grindan in for those after it.

In a just world she would have died during the long story quest where she asks you to come back to her after every minor step. Not quite the worst ping pong questing we've had, but it was pretty bad.

Sovl.
Took me ages to notice this, but in nearly all cases, secondary stats like Accuracy and +MP Recovery are way better to have on your accessories compared to raw stats. If you're missing like crazy, or constantly out of MP, go grab a trio of +ACC or +MP Recovery accessories from the gypsy dealer in Zant or Junon, it'll do you well.

>the second the guild went from 10 to 15 slots it got INSTANTLY filled up
don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this shit guild system probably caused most people to drop out early, must've sucked to be one of the early niggers who just got left out and didn't care to wait around for the 5 billion epstein points to be farmed up before they had another chance to join

NTA, but close-up of the mass lobster carving session.

Was real cool of that random native to help us out, luring scores of the things over to that soon-to-be-dead AFK Cleric's salamander fires. That session cemented the sheer party utility a good Knight/Champ and Cleric can provide, at least for me.
Casting big AoEs is nice, and Mage is among the very best at it, but I'll definitely still be speccing into Cleric when the time comes. Even if it's not the powerhouse it was back on iROSE and its private server variants, healing is still healing, and we'll need loads of it once more of our Clan's collective AoE potential comes online throughout the level climb.

Legitimately confused here, I just swerved through the entire bug report and technical report sections and saw 0 mention of it, I even went as far as going through the official 'cord to see if anyone's thrown a shitfit about it and there's TWO mentions of it over two years.
Was this shit fixed and just came back shortly after we started playing?
Was it always like this and everyone's adjusted to it as it being normal?
Does it magically not happen if you're playing from the Philippines?
Does the 500000000 decibel explosion from the third world speakers give it a rumble like effect that really makes you feel like you're putting on that leather jacket?

>Was it always like this?
For the game itself, no, equipping items sounds just fine on other servers.
For the server we're playing on, no clue. With all the QoL and engine upgrades the "official" server for this game has seen, it's baffling why this painfully obvious bug is still in the game, and why the local population apparently either doesn't notice or doesn't care about it.
Best you can do is turn effects volume way down in the options. 50% or lower should do it.
