The infinite cash cow that is TF2 is finally starting to run dry for Valve (not that they care).Either we get a good update soon and they add Quickplay back or this is probably the end for the game in the long run. I personally have no will to keep playing after more than 3k hours, I find Casual fucking depressing.

>>748886780I don't think it's even possible at this point, you'd basically have to play the game every day from event start to finish which is around early Novemeber IIRC and manage to get every contract per map complete by the end of every session. And there's like a hundred of them by now.

Its hard o give a shit when, every new map seems to be buggier than last, and none of the actually good stuff from workshop make it in because Valve is obviously avoiding making contracts with new workshop creators.

>>748886780Tried last year, since i always start from the first set of community maps and make my way to the new ones then do the official maps for last, i couldn't make it past the 3rd folder of missions, didn't even try the new maps, i got burn out hard and it unironically killed my love for scream fortress, i just ended up doing the official maps and boss missions on the 31st of october and called it a day.This year i might not even bother playing and just do some of my favorite community maps and official ones.I wouldn't mind now if the game oficially dies and stops the endless cycle of seasonal trash.

The new maps are trash and the same goes for cosmetics. Most of the time I just do SF and official maps and bosses. Everything else is a fucking chore.
