I really hope the developers of these emus are staying anonymous and practicing good opsec. Otherwise they are going to get fuckin sued. The lawsuit may be unfair or unjustified but the switch situation shows that it doesn't matter when the plaintiff has enough money at stake and enough lawyers.

I was planning to buy a PS5 in the next month or so, for GTA and Intergalactic. I'm now reconsidering because it seems likely that most PS5 games will be playable on PC within the next few months. I won't be the only one, sony has to be nervous right now.
