There are so few real posters that horrid off-topic garbage needs to stay up so the site's metrics won't show how dead it is.
Also India. They won't rangeban the aquajeet because that would remove a thousand posters in his area.

Take note of how many bad threads get deleted after the bump limit before they're deleted. They want the post numbers but want it to look moderated.
